NEW DELHI: The national capital region (NCR) experienced a cold day on Tuesday with light rain and drizzle witnessed in many parts of Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, and Faridabad.
The minimum temperature was recorded at 9.4 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season’s average, the weather office said.
The Safdarjung observatory recorded only trace rainfall. “The sky will be generally cloudy during the day with light rains likely at some places,” said an India Meteorological Department official.
The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to hover at 22 and 9 degrees Celsius on Tuesday,” the weatherman said.
